Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, focusing on onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and vendor management. Responsibilities: u2022 Facilitate onboarding processes to create a positive and seamless experience for new employees. u2022 Coordinate vendor relationships to support HR functions and contingent workforce management. u2022 Administer leave programs, including disability, personal leave, and accommodations, ensuring compliance with regulations. u2022 Manage the interactive process for workplace accommodations under ADA guidelines, working closely with employees, managers, and healthcare providers. u2022 Develop and update knowledge base resources such as FAQs and self-service tools to enhance employee education. u2022 Analyze inquiry trends to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to HR processes. u2022 Handle unemployment claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. u2022 Maintain and update labor law posters to meet legal requirements and ensure compliance. u2022 Support the preparation and delivery of HR-related metrics and reports to improve organizational transparency. u2022 Assist with process improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations and enhance employee experiences. Requirements u2022 Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. u2022 Must have Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. u2022 Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in human resources. u2022 Experience with onboarding, vendor management, and leave administration. u2022 Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and propose solutions. u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with employees and stakeholders. u2022 High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. u2022 Familiarity with process improvement techniques to enhance HR functions.
