Job Description The Purchasing Manager is responsible for leading and managing procurement activities across TSL construction projects, ensuring materials, equipment, and subcontracted services are sourced competitively, ethically, and in alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. The materials will encompass all required goods for the construction of commercial buildings ad data centers.
