Responsibilities + BMW-Specific Tasks: Perform oil services, tire changeovers, alignments, light-duty diagnostics as needed and other basic maintenance services efficiently and professionally. + Conduct vehicle inspections and communicate recommended services to the service team. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. + Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure an efficient workflow. + Stay up to date on new vehicle technologies through company-provided training. Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent. + Mechanical aptitude with 1 - 2 years of Lube Technician experience required. + Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset. + Motivation to learn, grow, and advance within the automotive field.
