As a Collections Specialist here at Aveanna, you would be responsible for following up with invoices that have been sent to payers but have not yet been paid. You would also be responsible for researching denials and converting them. We are looking or someone who can confidently reach out to commercial insurance companies, navigate portals, and provide organized, thorough, and ethical work.
