MEP Coordination Program Manager u2013 Remote(Central/Eastern/Mountain Time Zones) Mechanical u2022 Electrical u2022 Plumbing SME Required CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking anexperienced MEP Coordination Program Manager (or Project Engineer/Project Manager leading MEP Coordination) to support new construction andspecial programs across North America. This remote role partners closely withDesign & Construction, General Contractors, OEMs, and site teams to ensureseamless integration of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and BMS systems. EBMSMEP Program Manager Coordinator shall coordinate on the Inspection & TestPlans (ITP) for MEP (including commissioning), BMS & Fire with sitespecific construction teams including but not limited to: 1) Owneru2019sConstruction Quality Control Plan (CQCP) Team, 2) GCu2019s MEP Coordinator, 3)Owneru2019s Construction Manager, 4) OEM Factory Representatives, 5) MEPSubcontractors. The minimum salary for the position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually.
