This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated college student interested in gaining hands-on experience with a leading, privately held company.This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, advertising, business, graphic design, writing, or social media management.During the internship, you will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including content creation, brand communications, digital marketing, internal communications, and special events. You&ll gain practical experience producing content across multiple channels and collaborating with creative, digital, and business teams.Job Responsibilities:Develop branded content such as case studies, blog posts, landing pages, flyers, brochures, and recruitment materialsContribute to the creation and distribution of website and social media content, including short‑form videoAssist with content strategy development to help reach target audiences and support organizational marketing goalsAudit and update website content for accuracy, functionality, and SEO best practicesRepurpose content across multiple platforms and campaignsServe as a strong, consistent writer aligned with the company&s brand voice and missionProofread and edit content prior to publicationMaintain brand consistency across style, tone, fonts, and imagerySupport internal communications channels and initiativesAssist with planning, logistics, and execution of special eventsProvide administrative and project support to the Director of Executive Operations, approximately 12 hours per weekQualificationsCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, advertising, or a related field (preferred)Rising junior or senior strongly preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail‑oriented team player with strong organizational skillsDemonstrated interest in digital marketing, content creation, or corporate communicationsFamiliarity with social media platforms and analytics (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with website content management systems and Google Analytics is a plusAbility to work onsite full‑time, Monday through Friday, at the Greenfield Corporate OfficeWhat You Will GainReal‑world experience creating content for a regional corporate brandExposure to cross‑functional teams and marketing strategyPortfolio‑building writing and design samplesOpportunities to attend internal meetings and eventsMentorship from experienced marketing and communications professionals
