Description We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves creating visually appealing designs that align with brand standards and effectively communicate ideas across various digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of design principles to every project. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop engaging graphics and layouts for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, and banner ads. u2022 Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver to produce high-quality designs. u2022 Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and effectively convey desired messaging. u2022 Create and maintain design templates that enhance efficiency and consistency across projects. u2022 Implement design controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. u2022 Adapt designs to fit various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal visual presentation. u2022 Stay updated on design trends and incorporate relevant innovations into projects. u2022 Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. u2022 Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance branding efforts. u2022 Review and revise designs based on feedback to achieve the desired outcome. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver. u2022 Strong understanding of design principles and visual communication strategies. u2022 Experience creating designs for both digital and print platforms. u2022 Ability to develop brand-aware graphics that effectively communicate intended messages. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to design controls. u2022 Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. u2022 Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and ability to apply them effectively. u2022 Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
