The primary responsibilities of a Electrical Engineer includes: researching, planning, and designing electrical and electromechanical products and systems for Epiroc's robotic unmanned vehicles. Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of electrical components, equipment, and machinery. Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as power distribution units, sensor interfaces, control cabinets, and embedded hardware. Conducts electrical systems testing and creates schematics, wiring diagrams, and functional prototypes. Electrical Engineers are also responsible for directing and coordinating activities involved in the assembly, integration, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and components.
