Cleans and maintains kitchen and equipment as directed by the Senior Center Program Coordinator. ::: Requirements ::: {automation-id=job-requirements} - Prepare required congregate and home-delivered meals daily in accordance with program regulations and guidelines. - Prepares food accurately to produce a high-quality outcome. - Uses supplies, time and equipment effectively. - Assist in daily cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and equipment. - Properly prepare frozen meals and store leftover foods. - Assist kitchen staff in all aspects of kitchen operations. - Maintain food and kitchen supply inventory. - Assist Senior Center Program Coordinator in compiling food orders from vendors. - Assist in unloading food and kitchen supply deliveries. - Inventory all donated food items. - Complete all training as required. - All other duties as assigned. :::
