*Job Title: Day Shift Industrial Sewer** **Responsibilities** + Operate a variety of industrial sewing machines, including single‑needle, double‑needle, sergers, and specialty equipment depending on production needs. + Read and interpret work orders, patterns, and technical specifications to ensure accurate assembly. + Sew, stitch, hem, and assemble materials such as heavy fabrics, vinyl, leather, canvas, or technical textiles. + Inspect materials and finished products for defects, ensuring quality standards are consistently met. + Perform routine machine maintenance such as threading, tension adjustments, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + 2 years within industrial sewing experience. + Strong hand dexterity and ability to use sewing machines effectively. + Machine operation **Work Environment** This position is in an industrial manufacturing setting that is air conditioned. 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Humboldt, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
