Bucket Operator/Groundman

Dog's Tree Care is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join their growing team as a Bucket Operator / Ground Crew Member. Crew members assist with tree removal, trimming, cleanup, and firewood processing while operating a variety of professional equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working as part of a team. **Qualifications** 1. Valid Driver's License (Required) 2. Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work 3. Experience operating light to medium-duty equipment preferred 4. Basic knowledge of chainsaw safety and maintenance 5. General mechanical aptitude 6. Prior tree service, forestry, or landscaping experience preferred but not required **Responsibilities** 1. Assist with tree removal, trimming, felling, and property cleanup 2. Operate aerial lifts (bucket trucks or man lifts) when required 3. Remove brush using bulk removal methods or brush chippers 4. Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini skids, and mini excavators 5. Safely handle and operate chainsaws following proper safety procedures 6. Clean up and dispose of debris from tree work operations 7. Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance 8. Follow company safety standards and OSHA guidelines 9.
