What YouWill Contribute: Job Summary The Documentation & Learning EnablementSupervisor oversees the creation, governance, and delivery ofhigh-quality technical documentation, training content, and enablementprograms. This role acts as a player-coach, providing day-to-daysupervision of junior team members while also directly contributing todocumentation, process improvement, and training development. Thesupervisor partners with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, andcross-functional stakeholders to ensure that technical content, processdocumentation, and training materials are accurate, consistent, andeffective. This role drives documentation standards, supports processenablement, and ensures adoption of tools and workflows across theorganization. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Documentation Leadership Supervise, mentor, and coach junior team members. Oversee creationof user guides, online help, release notes, job aids, and technicaldocumentation. Implement and maintain documentation standards,templates, and best practices. Manage the documentation lifecycle:planning, writing, reviewing, publishing, and updating. Ensuredocumentation accuracy, usability, version control, and alignment withstakeholder needs. 2. Learning, Training & Enablement Develop anddeliver training programs related to systems, processes, Salesforce (ifapplicable), and product workflows. Review, approve, and guidetraining content developed by internal designers or junior team members. Maintain a centralized repository of training assets and ensurecontent integrity and currency. Lead onboarding and refreshertraining for new hires or system/process changes. Simplify complextechnical and process concepts into accessible, learner-friendlymaterials. 3. Cross-Functional Process Documentation & Improvement Facilitate process-mapping workshops across Sales, Marketing,Operations, Finance, and Customer Service. Identify process gaps,bottlenecks, and inconsistencies across departments. Translateprocess improvements into clear documentation, SOPs, and trainingresources. Support change management efforts tied to system orprocess enhancements. Partner with technical teams when processchanges impact system configuration or behavior. 4. Program Governance &Reporting Maintain documentation and training calendars aligned withproduct releases and process updates. Communicate status, progress,risks, and blockers to senior management.
