You'll be responsible for: Maintaining,troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems to keep our buildingsrunning efficiently. Diagnosing, resolving and repairing mechanical andelectrical issues related to HVAC equipment. Maintaining and monitoringbuilding automation system performance and making adjustments to improveenergy efficiency. Installing, rebuilding, replacing, or repairingequipment and parts. Collaborating with the facilities team to supportgeneral building maintenance. Responding promptly to maintenancerequests and ensuring minimal disruption to daily campus operations.Training and assisting HVAC maintenance technicians as needed.Maintaining logs of system operations and work performed using computersystems Keeping working area safe, wearing and/or using appropriatesafety equipment and tools, and abiding by established safety policiesand procedures.
