JOB REQUIREMENTS: Revenue Process Specialist Situation in organisationThis position reports to the Business Unit Finance Manager and supportsthe Durable Goods business unit. This position works collaborativelyacross the business unit to support and optimize business pricingprocesses, and various commercial and financial initiatives related topricing as identified. Job dimensions Collaborates internally with avariety of teams including Finance, Customer Service, Sales, Credit andCollections, and Salesforce support personnel to optimize the businessesrevenue generating processes, ensuring financial accuracy, andmaximizing profitability. This includes coordinating the pricingexecution process, collaborating to resolve pricing discrepancies,utilizing data to analyze revenue performance, identifying opportunitiesto improve processes, and other revenue related activities for theDurable Goods BU. Activities Coordinate pricing additions and activityfor the business unit through use of Salesforce CPQ or SAP as applicableCollaborate with internal teams to ensure all sales orders are executedwith active and accurate pricing, lead internal efforts to resolvepricing discrepancies Act as a partner to the Sales organization totroubleshoot and improve the price entry and administration processSupport the implementation of mass price increase campaigns based onbusiness strategies: reviewing price targets, aligning with sales,managing execution, and financial reporting Support data and processintegrity in Salesforce and SAP Collaborate with Salesforce supportpersonnel on Salesforce CPQ initiatives as needed Maintain accurateprocess documentation for work flows as continuous improvements areimplemented Run periodic pricing and profitability analyses and providerecommendations to the business for improvement, utilizing Excel,PowerBI, and other analysis tools Support recurring monthly activitiesand reporting, including Sales Agent commissions, rebatereconciliations, etc. Support preparation of ad-hoc and recurringanalyses and financial reporting Support continuous improvement ofprocesses throughout entire organization in all aspects of the roleContext and environment Onsite at Wauwatosa, WI location at least 3 daysper week Occasional travel domestically as needed - approximately Supports the site EHS policy and complies with...
