About the role The Compliance Senior Manager, U.S. BOE Field Compliance Officer (FCO) is a senior member of the Global Risk, Ethics & Compliance organization and the Field Compliance Officer operating model. The role represents CBREu2019s Ethics & Compliance Program across the United States, mainly covering Global Workplace Solutions line of business operations within Building Operations & Experience business segment. The Compliance Senior Manager operates independently from the business and reports through the Global Risk, Ethics & Compliance organization to the AMS Region Compliance Senior Director, with ultimate accountability to the Global Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. Subject to available capacity and without compromising independence, the Compliance Senior Manager may also provide temporary, targeted support of US Advisory.
