We serve a variety ofcustomers with a diverse range of parking and transportation needs.Transportation Services is responsible for the coordination andadministration of all transportation-related services for the UW campuscommunity. The Assistant Director of Administrative Services position isresponsible for optimizing the use of campus parking and transportationresources while supporting a diverse customer base that includesfaculty, staff, students, patients, and visitors. This role providesleadership for core administrative and customer-facing functions thatsupport a customer-focused, data-driven, and fiscally responsibleparking and transportation system. Primary duties include: Providingstrategic and operational recommendations, informed by revenue modeling,occupancy analysis, and optimization of limited parking resourcesDeveloping and advancing policy recommendations that guide campusparking and transportation systems Serving as a primary liaison with keycampus and community partners, including UW Athletics, the Chancellor'sOffice, and the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni AssociationCollaborating across campus to balance competing stakeholder prioritiesand support coordinated, effective parking operations Directing thepermit allocation process that determines parking availability forpermit holders, visitors, and event attendees Leading the dailyfunctions of the Business & Finance, Customer Service, Marketing &Communications, Special Events, and Appeals areas, with responsibilityfor service delivery, process improvement, and operational consistencyacross these functions Direct supervisory responsibility for 5 managersand...
