Drive product strategy and vision for external service integrations2. Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and architecture3. Understand and communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders6. Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives7. Stay current with cloud computing trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies10. Manage relationships with external service providers and technology partners11. Define integration specifications and APIs for third-party services12. Ensure seamless integration of external services with AWS platform13. Negotiate technical requirements and service level agreements (SLAs) 14. Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and use cases14. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions15. Create and present technical content at customer meetings and industry events16. Partner with solutions architects to enable customer success17. Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams18.
