In this role, you'll prepare air quality and GHG analyses for CEQA and NEPA documentation, perform emissions modeling, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality environmental solutions.Qualifications:- Conduct emissions modeling and Health Risk Assessments utilizing CalEEMod, Excel, AERMOD, EMFAC, HARP, and OFFROAD.- Review emissions modeling analyses and provide QA/QC feedback for models developed in Excel, AERMOD, EMFAC, HARP, and OFFROAD.The Psomas Advantage:- Employee Ownership: 100% company-paid ESOP plus a 401(k) with immediate company match.- People First Culture: We value diverse perspectives, collaborative leadership, and a shared commitment to technical excellence and people development.- Hybrid Flexibility: A consistent 3/2 hybrid schedule that supports both collaboration and focused work.- Career Growth: Structured career pathing, leadership development, and internal coaching designed to support long-term growth into senior leadership.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Atmospheric Science, Meteorology, Planning, or a related field.- 4-5 years of direct professional experience conducting air quality and greenhouse gas (GHG) analyses and assessments in compliance with CEQA and NEPA.- Strong analytical, computer, spreadsheet, and technical writing skills, with demonstrated proficiency in emissions modeling software for California development projects.
