Sr. Project Manager - Program Management

In this role, you will serve as a key point of coordination and communication with our client, ensuring their needs are clearly understood and fully met. You will support a broad range of multidisciplinary program management tasks and projects, helping to plan, prioritize, and monitor progress to align with the client's goals. This includes integrating teams across a broad range of service areas, disciplines, including highway design, traffic, bridge engineering, tolling, technology, planning and asset management; managing budgets and schedules; identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies; and preparing clear, actionable reports for client leadership. You will leverage HNTBu2019s local expertise and national resources to deliver innovative, practical solutions that advance key client initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience delivering transportation services, whether in highway design, traffic engineering, structural engineering, planning, or toll servicesu2014and is eager to apply that knowledge broadly to support diverse initiatives. What Youu2019ll Do: + Actively manages project scope, schedule and budget. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets and scope of work to completion and to the clientu2019s satisfaction. + Implements the firmu2019s project delivery plan using HNTBu2019s Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA) on each project. + Develops project scope and fee quotation, and assists in the preparation of proposals and contracts. + Provides oversight and monitoring of work to less experienced project managers. Coordinates work efforts and review work performed. Schedules and manages for integration of quality management during all phases of a project. + Oversees project staffing with departments, offices and divisions. + Performs other duties as assigned. What Youu2019ll Need: + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant degree + 16 years relevant experience + In lieu of education, 20 years relevant experience What We Prefer: + Florida DOT experience. + Experience managing projects, schedules and budgets or combination of a) proven program management and/or senior PMC role, b) managing or leading a team in successful delivery of GEC projects, c) alternative project delivery experience. + PE license preferred.
