Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Deliver direct nursing care by adhering to organizational policies and interventional protocols to ensure patient safety. + Implement and monitor individualized care plans, responding rapidly to changes in patient condition. + Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to synchronize medical efforts and ensure seamless patient care. + Execute physician and nursing orders with precision while maintaining meticulous clinical documentation. + Manage discharge planning and team coordination to facilitate safe and efficient patient transitions. What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required. Education: + Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.
