44058BR Extended Job Title: Associate Managing Director Org Level 1: Texas Tech Unv Hlth Sci Ctr El Paso Position Description: Assists in managing a department that has institutional oversight responsibilities. Responsible for the development, coordination and administration of the department. Requisition ID: 44058BR Travel Required: Up to 25% Major/Essential Functions: + Oversees the Accounts Payable and Payment Services processes related to maintaining and processing institutional payment transactions. + Oversees the Travel Reimbursements process and ensures reimbursement are within state guidelines. + Conducts research and resolves travel related issues and questions. Oversee travel related payments following established procedures. + Oversees the Purchasing Card functions as outlined on internal policies (OP 72.15). + Generates reports to monitor transactions related to Accounts Payable, Travel, Purchasing Card and SWIFT card transactions. + Manages and updates the Citibank / U.S. Bank administrative card program and the J.P. Morgan SUA program. + Administers Chrome River Expense Management System. + Assist institution with the hiring of new employees as needed to assist with added functions related to Payment Services. + Oversees the work of personnel under his/her supervision. + Develop procedural manuals and directs employees towards accomplishing daily, monthly and yearly goals and deadlines. + Maintains and manages the reconciliation of advances, pcard and travel payments. + Maintains and manages the reconciliation of advances, pcard and travel payments. + Adhere to all policies, procedures, and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSCEP OPs, etc.). + Personally demonstrate, display and act in accordance with TTUHSC EP's Values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork).
