Team up with your co-workers to keep our donors coming back again and again _Standard Schedule:_ (Las Vegas, Nevada) + To best meet the needs of our donors andcommunity,staffworkavariable schedulewhich may includeearly mornings, late nights, weekends,and holidays.Overnight travel may berequiredin some locations. + Schedule is providedtwo to threeweeks in advance WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications) : + Bacheloru2019s degree OR a combination of education and work experience (four to eight years of work experience in a related field)isrequired + Minimumofthreeyears of supervisory/leadership experience + Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills arerequired.An abilityto effectively discuss procedures and medical issues with patients, families and physicians needed. + A current, valid driver's license witha gooddrivingrecord isrequired. + Physical requirements may include the ability to lift,pushor pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs, good manual dexterity, the ability to sit or stand forlong periodsof time and adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changesarerequired.Position may requirea minimumheight of 60 inches to ensure the ability to safelyoperateRed Cross vehicles. + At the American Red Cross, we conduct many mobile blood drives at businesses,schoolsand many other locations.
