Our Kelly Education Recruiter is accountable for: + Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations. + Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers. + Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experience: + Seeking a minimum of 1 year of recruiting, staffing, talent management, human resources, education, customer service, or other equivalent experience + Excellent verbal and written communicator + Customer service focus + MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail This role is a virtual role supporting school district clients in Berks County, PA. Candidates need to live within or close to Berks County, PA. Candidates must have the ability to travel up to 50% of the week locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent and other applicable events and a valid US driver's license in good standing. Base pay range for this position is $51,300 - $60,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
