We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Corporate Partnerships, Early Careers, and Apprenticeship Programs. This role is integral to building a strong, diverse talent pipeline that aligns with CBREu2019s business needs and long-term workforce strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for early talent development, workforce partnerships, and innovative hiring models. Key Responsibilities + Corporate Partnerships & Employer Branding + Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, industry associations, workforce development agencies, and community organizations to build a sustainable talent pipeline for CBRE. + Collaborate with CBREu2019s Corporate Partnerships teams and business leaders to align hiring initiatives with workforce planning and growth strategies. + Represent CBRE at career fairs, industry events, and networking engagements to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent. + Work closely with CBREu2019s employer branding and communications teams to create compelling recruitment content and campaigns. Early Careers & University Relations + Design and execute CBREu2019s early career recruitment strategy, including internship, co-op, and graduate hiring programs across key business units. + Establish and strengthen relationships with career services offices, faculty, and student organizations to drive engagement and awareness of CBREu2019s career opportunities. + Partner with business leaders to develop structured internship and rotational programs that provide meaningful experiences and develop future leaders. + Track and analyze program success metrics to continuously improve CBREu2019s early talent strategy and increase conversion rates to full-time roles. Apprenticeship & Workforce Development Programs + Lead the development and expansion of apprenticeship programs that provide career pathways for underrepresented groups, skilled trades, and career changers. + Partner with CBRE Learning & Development, training providers, and government agencies to create structured, scalable apprenticeship programs that align with business needs. + Ensure compliance with apprenticeship and workforce development regulations, optimizing programs for long-term success. + Implement mentorship and upskilling initiatives to support apprentices and early-career hires as they grow within CBRE. Qualifications & Skills + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future + 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, early careers recruitment, workforce development, or corporate partnerships. + Proven experience in managing university relations, early careers programs, and apprenticeship initiatives. + Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence business leaders, external partners, and stakeholders. + Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies, with a commitment to building inclusive talent pipelines. + Ability to develop data-driven recruitment strategies that align with CBREu2019s business objectives. + Experience working with ATS platforms, CRM tools, and employer branding initiatives. + Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidateu2019s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Estimator position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Estimator position is $100,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
