Systems Administrator - Hybrid On-Site/Remote

Think Bank is seeking a skilled individual to join our Technology team as a Systems Administrator. As a Systems Administrator, you will help implement Think's network and systems, maintaining optimum performance and security controls. As an expert in the technology field you will act as a resource to Think employees and the Technology teams to solve systems and network related issues and ensure high service quality for end-users throughout the organization. We are seeking an individual with a broad set of knowledge and technical skills including network administration, a passion for IT and continuous learning, and excellent teamwork and communication skills. Job Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain overall network architecture, phone systems, and security controls according to industry standards and established policies, procedures, and guidelines Maintain optimum system performance and continuity of systems and network availability Identify technology solutions, innovations, and efficiencies through continuing education or research Provide support for escalated technology issues or help desk calls Proactively research new security issues and solutions to prevent security concerns Design and execute procedures to monitor and maintain all systems and networks to ensure the security and integrity of all customer and company information Education and Experience: 1. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 6 years' experience in technology OR Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field 2. Three years' experience in information technology; experience in Firewall, router and switch administration and troubleshooting preferred 3. Two years' experience in current Windows server operating systems administration and networking preferred, including: a. Hypervisor and virtual server administration b. SAN storage administration c. Information Security d. Intrusion detection/prevention and administration e. Active directory administration f. VoIP phone system Schedule: This is a hybrid role required to be on site at our Rochester, MN location 3 days a week and eligible to work up to 2 days/week remotely upon completion of onboarding. Schedule is primarily Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and requires rotating on-call coverage as well as after hours work for support and system maintenance as needed.
