Job#: 3022899Job Description:Product Manager -- Identity PlatformLocation: Englewood, COType: Long-Term ContractRate: 55-65.hrOnsite Requirement: Hybrid, 4 days per week onsiteOverviewApex Systems is seeking a Product Manager to join a large enterprise technology organization as a strategic partner and business owner within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. This team owns the customer identity experience across multiple digital applications, including authentication, credential creation, access management, and recovery workflows.This is a strategic, high-level product role focused on evaluating new requests, shaping direction, and defining business requirements. It is not a tactical or backlog-focused delivery PM role.Candidates with experience in identity, authentication, access management, security, or regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, telecom, or insurance are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Ownership and Intake- Serve as the business owner for new initiatives entering the Identity program.- Evaluate incoming requests for customer impact, feasibility, dependencies, and alignment with platform strategy.- Lead early discovery and define high-level business requirements.Cross-Functional Leadership- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, UX, security, and compliance teams.- Facilitate requirement-gathering discussions and align stakeholders on goals, scope, and constraints.- Act as a subject-matter expert for identity flows and authentication best practices.Product Strategy and Process- Translate high-level business objectives into clear documentation and structured requirements.- Support portfolio and roadmap planning for the Identity program.- Contribute to intake workflows, evaluation processes, and prioritization frameworks.Lifecycle and Portfolio Support- Partner with downstream delivery PMs for execution planning and readiness.- Support product launches and cross-functional communication.- Ensure that new work meets compliance, legal, and platform guardrails.Required Qualifications- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, access workflows, or security products- OR- Experience in a regulated, complex environment such as finance, healthcare, telecom, or insurance.- Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure.- Demonstrated experience partnering with architecture, engineering, and compliance teams.- Strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills.- Experience defining business requirements and evaluating high-level requests.- Process-oriented and detail-focused approach with strong documentation capabilities.Preferred Qualifications- Familiarity with authentication patterns such as SSO, MFA, and account recovery.- Experience supporting enterprise platform products or shared services.- Background working in large, matrixed organizations.How to ApplyPlease apply directly or email [[emailu00a0protected]](
