Raytheonu2019s Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems (ALEGS) Department is responsible for the delivery of affordable and innovative electrical products. The ALEGS Department is currently hiring for the position of Tomahawk Hardware Management Team lead in Tucson, AZ to assist with program execution including cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle. Providing resources to drive development and sustainment activities of airborne electrical products. Our multi-disciplined teams manage a variety of engineering projects while maintaining a work life balance. What You Will Do + Drive the execution of the missile electrical and mechanical subsystems through the life cycle of the product. Tasks include leading a team of multi-discipline engineers in supporting both production and development, leading proposal activities, and technical management of both engineering tasks and program suppliers in support of delivering missiles that meet our warfightersu2019 needs. + Successful candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to take initiative, possess proven leadership experience, excel in project organization and execution, and exhibit technical expertise. They should also have strong supplier management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and experience working in budget- and schedule-critical environments. + Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues. Qualifications You Must Have + Typically requires a Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience + Experience with any of the following as it relates to Electrical subsystems and/or Circuit Card Assembly: Development , Integration, Test , Production support + Experience with analog, digital and/or mixed signal circuit design/analysis or hardware integration/test + Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
