This a non union hourly role. Compensation Data he pay range for this position is $20-$35 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. What You'll Do The Trainer and Onboarding Specialist is a non exempt Operations role responsible for the delivery, coordination, and documentation of onboarding and training activities in accordance with site policies, approved training plans, and management direction. This role does not assign work, direct labor, or make staffing decisions, but executes onboarding and training activities based on established schedules and standard work. The Trainer and Onboarding Specialist partners with the Labor Coordinator, supervisors, and HR to ensure employees are trained, qualified, and documented prior to performing assigned work. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Orientation Execution u2022u2003u2003Deliver new hire orientation and onboarding activities in accordance with approved site schedules and materials. u2022u2003u2003Provide onboarding materials (PPE, badges, lockers, site information) following established site processes. u2022u2003u2003Communicate company policies, safety expectations, attendance guidelines, and work standards using approved content. u2022u2003u2003Coordinate onboarding timing as scheduled by Operations and the Labor Coordinator. ________________________________________ Training Delivery & Qualification Support u2022u2003u2003Deliver classroom, hands on, and on the job training using approved training materials and standard work instructions. u2022u2003u2003Observe job task performance to confirm completion of training requirements. u2022u2003u2003Document training completion and qualification status; does not independently authorize job placement or work assignment. u2022u2003u2003Escalate training gaps, skill concerns, or readiness issues to supervisors, the Labor Coordinator, or HR for review. u2022u2003u2003Create, Document, Deliver and Validate training materials for Procedures, Processes and Standards; including, but not limited to SWOPs, SWESs, Centerlines and CILTs. ________________________________________ Training Records & Skill Matrix Administration u2022u2003u2003Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and qualification documentation in designated systems. u2022u2003u2003Update the training matrix and skill matrix based on completed training and documented outcomes. u2022u2003u2003Provide training and certification status reports to Operations, Labor Coordinator, and HR as requested. ________________________________________ Compliance & Required Training u2022u2003u2003Facilitate required safety, quality, and compliance training as scheduled. u2022u2003u2003Use approved materials and ensure attendance and completion are accurately recorded. u2022u2003u2003Refer policy interpretation, disciplinary considerations, or corrective action decisions to HR or Operations leadership. ________________________________________ Cross Coverage & Continuity Support u2022u2003u2003Provide backup administrative and coordination support for Labor Coordinator activities when requested or during planned absences. u2022u2003u2003Backup support may include documentation assistance, schedule communication, or coordination activities without assuming primary labor authority. u2022u2003u2003Ensure continuity of onboarding and training processes during coverage periods. u2022u2003u2003Able to work non-standard hours as required What You'll Need To Succeed + HIgh School Diploma/GED Required. + Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Powerpoint, Excel) One Note and Vizio would be a plus. + Ability to communicate to groups in a professional demeanor + Previous experience with ERP systems is preferred SAP is plus. + Ability to understand everyone learns differently and be able to communicate effectively so that others understand. + Flexibility as this person will at times need to be able to cover over for tranings on 2nd or 3rd shift. + Be able to work 40 to 45 hours weekly. u200bKerry is an equal opportunity employer.
