EXPERIMENTAL N/C PROGRAMMER u2014 DRIVE PRECISION MANUFACTURING FOR AEROSPACE INNOVATION PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Experimental N/C Programmer to support our partnership with a leader in the aerospace industry. This is a hands on role where your programming expertise directly contributes to the development and fabrication of high precision machined parts. Role Summary As an Experimental N/C Programmer, you will develop, test, and refine NC programs for 3 to 5 axis machining centers used to fabricate aerospace components. Your work ensures parts are produced to exacting specifications, supporting product quality, production efficiency, and engineering excellence. This role is ideal for programmers who enjoy problem solving, collaborating on the shop floor, and driving innovation through world class machining practices. What Youu2019ll Do u2022 Develop NC programs using CATIA V5 for 3 and 5 axis machining operations u2022 Review engineering blueprints and job orders to ensure alignment with specifications u2022 Program, test, revise, and optimize CNC machine code for efficiency and accuracy u2022 Select machine types, work holding tooling, cutting tools, and part orientation strategies u2022 Provide on machine support during program development and prove out u2022 Collaborate closely with machinists, engineers, and production teams u2022 Ensure all work meets deadlines and quality standards u2022 Perform additional related duties as assigned Required Qualifications u2022 High school diploma, GED, or equivalent u2022 3u20135 years of CATIA V5 programming experience u2022 Proficiency programming both 3 axis and 5 axis CNC machines u2022 Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications u2022 Effective communication and teamwork abilities u2022 Ability to work efficiently and meet established deadlines This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
