Temporary Recruiter

Temporary Recruiter System One is partnering with a client seeking a Temporary Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensures a compliant and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. This role is an expected 3-month assignment. Responsibilities + Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned hourly production personnel positions. + Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements. + Develop and maintain job postings through HRIS and various job boards. + Proactively source candidates through multiple recruitment channels. + Conduct initial candidate screenings through Hirevue system. + Coordinate interview logistics. + Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience. + Support structured interviewing and selection practices. + Prepare and extend employment offers. + Ensure completion of pre-hire documentation. + Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screenings. + Maintain compliance with hiring laws and policies. + Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements + Experience with Paylocity highly preferred. + Experience with Hirevue preferred. + Strong organizational skills. Education and Experience + Bacheloru2019s degree preferred, High School Diploma required. + 2+ years' manufacturing recruiting experience required + Knowledge of recruitment laws and practices.
