Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Driving initiatives aligned with national, market, and hospital goals to optimize labor costs, productivity, and quality. + Analyzing labor trends and providing strategic direction to senior market and facility leadership to secure cost-effective resources. + Managing volume forecasts, targets, and stakeholder demands to ensure optimal utilization. + Developing market-wide plans for premium pay, contract labor, and expense management. + Partnering with finance and market leadership on the annual budget and productivity implementations What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
