Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.62 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per post orders.Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.Support access control and visitor management by verifying identification and/or credentials, directing visitors to designated areas, and coordinating escorts when plete routine security-related logs, patrol reports, and incident reports, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.Minimum Requirements:Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.Have an active DoD Secret clearance.Customer service experience is preferred.A guard card and/or license is preferred.Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
