Knowledge in these fields is preferredto keep our customer serviceefficient.Position hours: 7am-4:30pm, Monday-FridayPrimary Job ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly and helpful customer serviceUnderstand customer needsProvide the products and solutions to meet customer needsProcess and schedule customer ordersManage Open Orders and customer BidsPull orders from the warehouse to serve customersKeep counter area clean and organizedNote: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and Required Experience and SkillsCustomer service mindsetAbility to use computerAbility to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour dayAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Preferred Experience and SkillsHVAC and/or Plumbing knowledgeForklift experienceRF Scanner ExperienceWarehouse ExperienceWhat Makes Us Famous!
