Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: RNs need to have a mandatory competency with phlebotomy as well as placing IVs as this is a required skill for any RN at Unity. Required Skills: MS/Tele, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, Respiratory, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Non-invasive airway management, Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE. Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Other Requirements: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
