We aim to bringwarmth and energy to everything we do.We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Paralegal based in eitherLittle Rock, Arkansas, or Portland, Maine.POSITION SUMMARYThe Paralegal will comprehensively support the legal department inproviding a wide range of legal services to all business functions,including contracting, real estate, insurance, litigation/disputes, andother matters.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport document management and retention efforts.Support attorneys andbusiness colleagues on land matters (ex., acquisitions, dispositions,easements, rights-of-way, leases, condemnations, etc.)Partner withSupervising Paralegal to support the Companys corporate governanceprogram, including subsidiaries and affiliated entities.Providedispute/litigation support to attorneys and businesscolleagues.Co-manage the legal inbox to ensure accurate routing, timelyresponses.Collaborate with the legal team to identify and implementprocess improvements.Other duties assigned by the Supervising ParalegalEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIESThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature andlevel of work being performed by employees assigned to thisclassification.
