Sr. Ad Sales Representative u2013 Ad Agency Account Manager The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of high-value advertising accounts across agency and/or direct advertiser relationships. This role combines consultative sales, account management, and digital campaign optimization to drive measurable business outcomes for partners across leading digital advertising platforms. As a trusted advisor, the Senior Account Manager develops a deep understanding of partner business objectives and translates performance data into compelling insights and strategic recommendations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, fluency in digital marketing and advertising KPIs, and the ability to independently manage a high volume of active campaigns while delivering consistent revenue growth. This position partners closely with internal sales, product, and operations teams, contributes to revenue forecasting and optimization, and provides mentorship and support to junior team members, helping foster a high-performing, collaborative sales culture. Key Responsibilities + Manage and grow a portfolio of advertising agency accounts, supporting multiple advertisers within each agency relationship. + Build and maintain strong, long-term agency partnerships through proactive outreach, regular cadence meetings, and consultative planning. + Partner with agencies to establish advertiser goals, campaign strategies, and performance benchmarks. + Provide agencies with platform expertise, optimization guidance, and insights to strengthen overall agency performance and retention. + Manage a high volume of new and existing digital advertising accounts, ensuring campaign performance and partner satisfaction. + Retain and grow revenue by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and activation opportunities within assigned accounts. + Gain a strong understanding of partner business goals and translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. + Track, analyze, and report key advertising and business metrics including CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, and conversion performance. + Optimize and troubleshoot advertising campaigns to drive improved outcomes and long-term partner success. + Maintain accurate records of account activity, partner communications, and pipeline management in CRM systems. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership) to align strategy, revenue forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. + Communicate product updates, beta programs, and feature enhancements internally and externally. + Consistently deliver against individual and team sales KPIs and performance targets. + Mentor and support peers and new team members, serving as a subject matter resource and point of escalation when needed. Basic Qualifications + 2 years of Digital Marketing, Sales, and/or Account Management experience Preferred Qualifications + Experience working with digital advertising campaigns or online ad platforms + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply performance data + Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills + Experience interfacing directly with clients, partners, or stakeholders + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency with Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools + Experience in advertising technology, digital media, SaaS, or ad platforms + Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, X, Snapchat, or similar + Familiarity with marketing funnels, attribution modeling, and advertising KPIs + Salesforce experience for pipeline and account management + Strong storytelling skills using data and performance insights This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
