Description ufeff SAIC is seeking Mission Engineer to support SAICu2019s Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program, supporting the NROu2019s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. As the Mission Engineer you will support the planning and testing of GEOINT integrated products and multi-intelligence (multi-INT) software services for Combatant Commands and other DoD components. You will also assist and advise Government managers responsible for the complete end-to-end lifecycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise. The role includes defining key technology demonstrations and integrating them into regional exercises. Responsibilities to include: + Lead technical and programmatic interchanges; identify issues; and provide engineering guidance to enhance overhead and tactical mission capabilities and accelerate kill chain closure. + Support planning and execution of GEOINT and multi INT integration efforts, including: Automation of GEOINT Computer Vision and MTI workflows. + Evaluation and integration of analytic modernization tools (Thresher, FADE, Turbo, etc.) + System trade assessments, interface evaluations, and lifecycle performance analysis. + Apply systems analysis and operational mission modeling to define KPIs, measures of effectiveness, and architectural runway trade offs. + Develop briefings, technical documentation, and modernization roadmaps for Program/Project Manager engagements. + Engage with users, stakeholders, and mission partners; collaborate with Landmark AOS engineers and domain experts to demonstrate and operationalize advanced processing and exploitation capabilities. Qualifications ufeff Required Education & Experience + Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree. + Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph. + Familiarity with analytic modernization tools such as Thresher, FADE, Turbo, and multi INT exploitation environments. + Strong understanding of software architectures, spacecraft ground systems, and intelligence mission management workflows. + Experience managing technical/schedule performance, interfaces, and risk. + Background in secure cloud architectures (e.g., C2S/IC GovCloud) and Agile development. + Proven success in fast paced, collaborative environments; strong communication skills with Government, SETA, FFRDC, and contractor teams. + Proficiency with MS Office.
