Employment Type:Part timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Job Title: Pharmacy TechnicianDepartment: Outpatient PharmacyEmployment Type:Per DiemShift:Day Shift (Monday-Friday) / No weekends or holidays required.Location: St. Mary Medical Center - Langhorne, PAPosition PurposeThe Pharmacy Tech will assist the Pharmacist by filing physician prescriptions for medications for oral, rectal, topical and injectable use. Always works under the supervision of a pharmacist.Enters patient demographics and insurance information into the computer system. Enters prescriptions onto patient profiles. Checks patients out at cash register.
