Project Field Engineer (Electrical)

OverviewPosition SummaryThe Project Engineer (Electrical) is responsible for providing technical engineering information to the Project Manager, Craft Supervisors, and Corporate Functional Managers to ensure design development and construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions applicable to one or more disciplines. This position also provides project controls support (cost, scheduling, estimating) and subcontract oversight to project construction supervision and craft personnel.Location & Travel DetailsYou’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build infrastructure projects. This is a traveling position, up to 100% of the time. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in various states throughout the US. (Full List: NC, VA, GA, TX, FL, IA, WY) You’ll spend 6-8 months on average per project. If eligible, we offer designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses and relocation assistance. If eligible, the position includes a vehicle allowance. ResponsibilitiesUnderstand technical drawings and specifications for the mechanical scope of construction. Interpret design/drawings for crafts installing material.
