Position Overview We are seeking aPrincipalProductManager to join our Media & Entertainment team,focusingonnext-generation AI solutions for Autodesk Flow Studio (formerly Wonder Studio), ourstate-of-the-artAI-powered VFX platform.This role willreportintotheSenior Director of the Flow Studio this pivotal role, you will bridge customer needs and engineering requirements, champion transformative features, and drive the future of productivity and creativity in media production.Join us to shapecutting-edgereview solutions for production management, driving innovation and excellence in the Media & Entertainment industry. Work with passionate professionals dedicated to empowering creators and redefining workflows.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate withleaders to define and execute the vision, strategy, and operational plans for Flow Studio and review capabilitiesDevelop and manage actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing impactful workflows and enhancements while managing risks and dependenciesAct as the customer-facing leader, engaging regularly with customers and partners to inform andvalidateproduct strategy, ensuring their needsdriveproduct directionWork with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX Designers, Developers, and other product managers to ensure seamless integration of review and content creation capabilities across all toolsConduct ongoing customer discovery and validation to inform iterative development and maximize impactTrack global trends in content production and technology,maintainingcompetitive knowledge and guiding innovationCultivate a developer community strategy,fosteringengagement and feedback from production artists and developersTranslate customer needs and technical challenges into actionable story maps and solutions, guiding development prioritiesEvaluate technology delivered by development for technical completion, performance, quality, and complianceMinimum Qualifications10+ years in product management or development, with significant exposure to media & entertainment (feature film, animation, or game development frameworks and methodologies)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceProven experience in machine learning, with strongexpertisein computer vision, computational graphics, or generative AIProficiencywith Autodesk Production Management tools,Flow Studioand competitiveAIsolutionsand workflowsused in VFX, Animation, or Game pipelinesProven ability to collaborate across teams and organizations to deliver integrated solutionsAbility to synthesize data from multiple sources, make difficult trade-offs, and prioritize effectivelyStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of engaging both executive stakeholders and external customersAdept at breaking down complex ideas into concise, impactful insights for diverse audiencesTrack recordof delivering ML models into production environments, ideally in media, entertainment, or creative techCommitment to ethical AI development and continuous learningPreferred QualificationsExperience managing projects in a large organization and working in Agile/SCRUM environmentsExperience with web development on industry-scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)Familiarity with statistical analytics platforms and conceptsFamiliarity with 3D graphics,renderingpipelines, or real-time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya) is a plusLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $149,000 and $266,200. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
