For more information about Modine, visit .Position DescriptionPerform PM (Preventive Maintenance) on all equipment according to instructions provided with work order (MTO) and directions from group leader. Repair equipment by cleaning, replacing defective parts, motors, etc. per work order. Installs, test and maintains mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic tools, and electrical equipment and fixtures per work order. Performs repairs on equipment such as pumps, punch presses, press brakes, fin presses, turret presses, rivet guns, etc.Key ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all company safety, environmental, and property protection policiesAbility to dismantle, repair, install all types of manufacturing equipmentAbility to operate Band Saws, Lathes, Drill Press, and WeldersEvaluate and recommend improvements and/or repair methods for equipmentAbility to function in a team orientated work placeAbility to understand and interpret mechanical drawingsPerform repairs on electronically controlled equipment, gauges, hoists, etcRequired Education & QualificationsAAS in related field a plusMinimum 2 years of experience in maintenance roleProficient in mathematicsVery good mechanical aptitudeKnowledge of PLC's and troubleshootingKnowledge of Fin Press operation a plusBasic Industrial Electrical knowledgeMinimal travel involved, but may be required.This list is not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned as necessaryModine is an equal opportunity employer.
