Now Hiring: Team Member at Burger King Pay Rate: $10 per hour Position Overview:The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators.This role involves direct interaction with guests and members of the field operations team.Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing paymentsPrepares and packages food and beverage productsMaintains cleanliness of the restaurant at all times, including the dining room, restrooms, and exteriorUpholds health and safety standards in all work areasUnloads and stocks inventory items as neededMaintains prompt and regular attendance for assigned shiftsFollows Burger King uniform, grooming standards, and policiesQualifications and Skills:Must be at least sixteen (18) years of ageComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkersWillingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stationsAvailable to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
