Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands. The Brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opening for a Full Time Fleet Logistics Coordinator.The Fleet Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting and preparing our Group’s fleet of vehicles in accordance with our Complete Clean Pledge, ensuring that all vehicles rented by our customers are safe and clean. The Fleet Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and / or rental. The Fleet Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring our fleet of vehicles are secure, properly stationed, and ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.The starting compensation for this job is $18 / hour. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance. The position is located at 7001 Essington Ave Philadelphia, PA 19153.We offer a robust Total Rewards Package including, but not limited to: Paid Time Off, starting with 5 days upon hire and receiving a total of 12 days your first year, plus 6 holidays. Health, Dental, Vision insurance; Life Insurance; Prescription coverage Employee discounts on car rentals, car purchases, and much more! 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing The schedules available for this position are:Sunday OFFMonday OFFTuesday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PMWednesday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PMThursday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PMFriday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PMSaturday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMorSunday OFFMonday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMTuesday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMWednesday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMThursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMFriday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMSaturday OFFVehicle Prep:Clean, vacuum, prepare and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standardsWash, clean, and dry the vehicle’s exteriorStage and/or move vehiclesto appropriate locationVehicle Inspection:Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset / restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check vehicle for customer or employee belongings and report to management or Lost and Found; verify registration is present, current and matches the license plate; check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect exterior of vehicle for damage; must report damage or mechanical problems to managementMust be willing and able to safely operate vehicles of varying sizes including, but not limited to, sedans, SUVs, trucks and vans.Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and ensure cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are availableOrganization of the parking lot(s) and inventory; secure vehicles and keys; responsible for inventory tracking and reconciliation; high volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind.Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control, occasional computer entry to tag vehicles as checked in.Assist customers and co-workers as needed; may be responsible for assisting other Enterprise locations with vehicle movement and detailing.Responsible for covering Security Booth as coverage is needed; provide all incoming and outgoing personnel with undivided attention while assisting them at the Booth.Maintain the overall appearance of the worksite; inform management of safety concerns regarding lot conditions.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by management.Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransMust be at least 18 years old.Valid driver's license required.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must live in one of these counties in the state of Pennsylvania: Delaware County, Montgomery County, or Philadelphia County, PA and no more than a 30 minute commute.Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
