At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.The Business Analyst, IS-Delivery is an integral part of the IS-Delivery Senior Leadership Team’s execution model, providing structure, coordination, analysis, and reporting across the organization’s portfolio of capability-maturity initiatives and inbound project readiness activities.This role integrates work across multiple functional workstreams to ensure initiatives remain aligned, visible, and progressing as intended, while also enabling forward-looking portfolio insight so IS-Delivery leadership is prepared for upcoming projects and evolving delivery demands.Executive Enablement & Cross-Functional IntegrationPartner with IS-Delivery senior leadership team and functional leaders to understand strategic priorities, delivery challenges, and capability-maturity initiatives.Maintain an integrated, portfolio-level view of initiatives across Legal, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Controls, Project Systems, Project Onboarding & Training, and related functions.Act as a coordinating point across functional leaders to ensure alignment, sequencing, and awareness of interdependencies.Portfolio Structure & Cadence ManagementDevelop and manage the overall initiative calendar, including milestones, dependencies, and recurring leadership forums.Establish and maintain structured governance rhythms, ensuring initiatives progress with clear accountability and follow-through.Track commitments, risks, and delivery constraints; proactively surface issues and support resolution.IS-Delivery Portfolio Reporting & Inbound ReadinessDevelop and maintain portfolio-level reporting that provides visibility into:Active IS-Delivery initiativesUpcoming and inbound projectsReadiness across people, systems, processes, and governanceSupport leadership with forward-looking analysis to anticipate delivery demands and ensure IS-Delivery is positioned to absorb new work effectively.Synthesize information across teams to create a clear, enterprise view of “what’s coming next” and associated preparedness.Analysis, Synthesis & Executive CommunicationPerform structured analysis using Excel to support prioritization, sequencing, capacity considerations, and performance tracking.Produce high-quality executive-level materials in PowerPoint and Word, including:Portfolio dashboards and summariesCapability-maturity roadmapsLeadership update decks and briefing materialsTranslate complex, multi-stream activity into concise insights and recommendations for senior leadership.Meeting Facilitation & Initiative MomentumPlan and facilitate recurring cross-functional working sessions and leadership reviews.Ensure meetings are outcome-driven, decisions are documented, and actions are tracked to completion.Actively expedite deliverables and maintain momentum across multiple initiative owners.Required Education, Experience, and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, PMO, Strategy, Portfolio Management, or related role within a complex organizationExperience in preparing analysis, presentations, and decision-support materialsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to independently produce high-quality, executive-ready deliverablesProven ability to structure ambiguous problems, organize multiple concurrent initiatives, and maintain momentum across cross-functional workstreamsExperience planning, scheduling, and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders & priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging for executive audiencesHigh level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion when working with senior leaders and sensitive informationDemonstrated ability to manage deadlines with accuracy, follow-through, and confidence in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong attention to detail while maintaining a portfolio-level, strategic perspectiveAbility to multitask effectively and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining structure and clarityPreferred Education, Experience, and QualificationsBachelor's in Mechanical EngineeringDemonstrated experience supporting senior leadership teams, including preparing executive-level analysis, presentations, and decision-support materialsMechanical Engineering Internship/ExperienceTravel Requirements25% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.Physical/Work Environment RequirementsClimbing stairsRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingersRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.Quiet environmentLight work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 poundsUSD $58,500.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
