We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leaderat our manufacturing facility inSouth Boston, VA.Shift: 12AM-12PMYour Role:As aTeam Leader, you will lead the team and be primarily responsible for restoring interrupted process flow and creating and implementing standardized work procedures. Solve or help troubleshoot problems to root cause. Create, maintain and update all standardized work procedures. Coach and teach employees in the area to standardized work / Pay for Skills expectations to ensure their progression in skills.
