Secret Wireless Network Engineer

Job Description Role Overview Insight Global is seeking a Wireless Network Engineer to support the Air Force Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) program. This role plays a critical part in modernizing and standardizing the Air Forceu2019s network architecture by delivering secure, highu2011performance wireless solutions across missionu2011critical installations. From site surveys and predictive analysis to design, engineering, and implementation, this position directly contributes to improving mission readiness and operational reliability across Air Force locations. Role & Responsibilities u2003u2022 Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Wireless (WiFi) network equipment, architectures, and implementation procedures u2003u2022 Assess, design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot wired and wireless network solutions u2003u2022 Perform handsu2011on (u201ctouch laboru201d) support for network devices u2003u2022 Design enterprise wireless architectures, including: u2003u2003u25cb Hardware, software, and communications components u2003u2003u25cb Support for current requirements and future crossu2011functional scalability u2003u2022 Conduct analytical evaluations of: u2003u2003u25cb Network workflows u2003u2003u25cb Usage patterns u2003u2003u25cb Organizational and capacity planning issues u2003u2022 Develop and implement corrective actions to optimize performance and reliability u2003u2022 Provide technical guidance and direction to engineering staff u2003u2022 Communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally, both written and verbal Present designs, findings, and recommendations in a businessu2011focused manner We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
