Landscape Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and manage landscaping crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role is responsible for supervising crew members, coordinating daily job site activities, and ensuring all landscaping installations and maintenance tasks meet project specifications and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and mentor landscape crew members on job site tasks and safety procedures Plan and organize daily work schedules to ensure projects are completed on time Conduct daily job site inspections to ensure safety compliance and adherence to project plans Train crew members on proper landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and best practices Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, skid steers, and other machinery as needed Oversee planting, pruning, mulching, sod installation, and irrigation setup Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Communicate project progress, challenges, and material needs to management Coordinate with project managers and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and crew hours Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions 3-5 years of landscaping or landscape construction experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience in landscaping or related field Knowledge of landscape design principles, plant care, and irrigation systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and work orders Strong problem-solving skills with a reliable and dependable work ethic Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred Ability to effectively lead and manage a team Why Work With Us: Locally owned and operated organization with a strong company culture Health insurance and retirement plan options available Training programs and opportunities for professional growth Long-term, full-time employment opportunities
