Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing orders, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Engage with customers to provide information about products and assist with order inquiries. u2022 Process and input customer orders accurately into the system. u2022 Act as a floater to support various administrative and operational tasks as needed. u2022 Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders. u2022 Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues. u2022 Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity for all transactions. u2022 Utilize numerical skills to calculate order details and verify information. u2022 Monitor schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently. u2022 Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or order entry environment. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks. u2022 Proficiency in handling numerical data and performing calculations. u2022 Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. u2022 Familiarity with order processing systems is a plus. u2022 Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
