Receiving Inspector

Our client , in Harlan NE, a leading industrial products manufacturer, is seeking a Receiving Inspector to join their team . As a Receiving Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting Purchasing, Production, and Supplier Quality teams . The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and solid problemu2011solving abilities to be successful in this role. Job Title: Receiving Inspector Location: Harlan, IA Pay Range: $25/hr DOE _Whatu2019s the Job?_ u2022 Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with engineering drawings and standards. u2022 Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) to verify product specifications. u2022 Identify, tag, and quarantine nonconforming materials; assist with disposition and sorting. u2022 Support internal and supplier audits (some travel required). u2022 Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and QA teams to resolve material and vendor quality issues. _Whatu2019s Needed?_ u2022 High school diploma or GED; related quality or warehouse experience preferred. u2022 Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. u2022 Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) required. u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. u2022 Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred. _Whatu2019s in it for me?_ u2022 Wages: $25/hr DOE u2022 Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm u2022 Tuition reimbursement program u2022Opportunity to join a growing and stable manufacturing organization _Interested?
