Payroll Administrator

Description Our client in Windsor, CT is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. If you are experienced with ADP Workforce Now and have a strong background in payroll and HRIS systems, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: + Manage end-to-end payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now. + Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and company policies. + Coordinate payroll schedules, audit reports, and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits. + Support HRIS implementations, system integrations, or payroll system transitions. + Collaborate with HR and finance colleagues to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity across systems. + Assist with audits and generate necessary payroll reports as requested. Requirements + 4u20136+ years of hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems, with recent and direct knowledge of ADP Workforce Now. + Strong understanding of payroll processes, multi-state payroll, and regulatory requirements. + Proven track record supporting HRIS implementations and system integrations or transitions. + High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
